Return and Refund Policy

We at Sarathi Food Products ensure that we give 100% satisfaction to our customers. So for any products for which you are not satisfied can be returned to us within 8 days of receipt. For returning the product you just have to click on Return and the product will be showed in return box.

Once you have clicked on Return option the process will start automatically by default. The amount of the product will be refunded back to your account from which it is paid within 8 days.

Please note the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways etc. But is will be done maximum within 10 days.
